Christmas Gift Boxes for Children in Romania
The Charlotte Youth group will be making gift boxes for children in Romania to be given at Christmas. We need shoe boxes for both boys and girls.
10 boxes for ages 2-4
20 boxes for ages 5-9
20 boxes for ages 10-14
The contents of the shoe boxes should be as follows:
- Small toy/flash light with batteries/calculator/stuffed animal
- Crayons/colored pencils with sharpener/markers
- Small pad of paper
- Toothbrush
- Toothpaste
- A bar of soap
- Hair comb
- Washcloth
- One pair of socks/hat/gloves
- Candy/lollipops/gum/mints
The previous list is just a minimum requirement for each box, so feel free to add more if you like (assuming you have room). The age group of the child only matters if you wish to indluce articles of clothing. All other listed items are age-neutral. The "/" in the list indicates "or", not "and", you only have to bring one of those items. Do not worry about wrapping the boxes, as that will be done as a teen activity on Saturday, October 4th.

Church Construction Project Underway

Program and Activities
Sunday - Church Services: 10:30am - 1pm; 6pm-8pm
Wednesday* (Biweekly) - Ladies' Night, with Bible Study and Prayer
Thursday* - Young Family Bible Study
Friday* - (Biweekly) General Bible Study and Fellowship
Saturday - Youth meeting (Bible Study and Song Practice): 6pm - 8:30
* = The starred meetings all take place at the houses of certain church members, so the meeting times and locations vary. For more exact information, contact the pastors of the church.
